With an in-house kitchen at the venue, we can offer your guests nutrient filed breakfast, lunch of snacks throughout the entire day. The menu’s change seasonally and only fresh produce is used to inspire the menu choice. It is also possible to choose your own caterer for the venue. In case this is your preference, please get in touch with our team so that we can discuss the possibilities and make sure all arrangements are made in due time!

As any event, each conference is unique in it’s own way and therefore the technical supplies that you may need will differ. We work with several reliable suppliers that are experts in their field and will be able to suggest the right equipment you may need. You are free to choose your own supplier if you prefer to do so. Please inform us in due time so that we can discuss the possibilities with them too!

The venue space of IJ-Events offers numerous possibilities with regards to using natural light, placing the keynote speaker in the right location, creating a separate catering area. The venue can be used as whole or split in two areas. Moreover there are two breakout rooms that can be used for specific purposes too.
